I am Elena
Hi there!
My pursuit of cosplay photography took root with my family becoming involved in Community Theater. I would research and build their costumes for every production that we would be involved in. I would take the time to research the different eras to ensure that the clothing and all the necessary details were as accurate as possible. It turned to be a passion.
We later learned about, Comic Conventions and how people became characters with cosplay. What a Discovery!
I found an enormous admiration for cosplayers for their dedication to the characters that they loved and the satisfaction they must feel, after months of design and preparation, with their finished results. How could we not admire all of this talent?
I love getting a glimpse of their characters world through my camera. It is always a pleasure to work with them.
Whether outdoor or studio sessions, I strive to bring together the cosplayer and the
environment to connect their character with their fantasy world.
